1. How do i buy a vehicle from AAJT?
Please go through our stock list. Select your desired vehicle. Once you have selected your desired car, please contact our sales team to reserve the car for yourself.
2. How do I place order for a vehicle that is not on the current AAJT stock list?
Its a very simple process. Just send us the vehicle type and the quantity you desire to order. We will make sure we get you the vehicle that you want for your needs as soon as possible.
3. How do I confirm the condition of the vehicle that I am interested in buying?
Our Buying Team physically check the condition of each car before they purchase it. Once we purchase a car, we take detailed photos for your observation to make a well informed decision before you make any final decision on our car purchase.
4. I am in drifting and sports car racing. Is it possible for you guys to acquire me the right after market parts?

4. What should i do once i make a deposit / payment?
You can send us the TT copy via e-mail or Fax.
5. Do i get a confirmation about my payment from your accounts department??
Yes, our accounts department updates customer regarding their account status on regular basis.
6. How long does it take for a payment to reach AAJT account?
Usually it takes 3-4 working days for your payments to arrive in our AAJT bank account. However, its best to consult your local bank at the time of wire transfer. They would be the best to give you the exact answer to your question.
7. What if my payment reached after the deadline?
There is no need to worry. You can either get a full refund, or use the money to buy another vehicle. We can even find and purchase for you a vehicle just like the first one.
8. Do you accept credit card payments?
At the moment, we are accepting only Bank Wire Transfers, commonly called TT.
9. Do you accept LC payments
No, we don't accept L/C payments.


1. When do you make the shipment for my vehicle?
Once we receive a deposit of 50%, we make arrangements with the shipping company to get your car on board at the next available ship.
2. How do I know if my vehicle has been shipped
Our shipment department will send you the BL copy of your car shipment along with the ETD and ETA as per BL. ETD means Expected Date of Departure and ETA means Expected Date of Arrival.
3. What if i want to insure my vehicle shipment?
Our C&F Prices does not cover the Insurance cost. However we can make arrangements for insurance on Customer request with extra charges.
4. What is RoRo and shipment by Container?
RoRo is open shipment (Roll on and Roll Off) and shipment by Container means that a few more cars will be packed inside the same container. We make arrangements for both. Usually, shipment by container is done when you order a few vehicles at the same time.
5. What if country of exports required mandatory pre-shipment inspection
Some destinations require inspection prior to shipment. At the time of ordering, please specify if you require any type of inspection (JEVIC, JAAI or EAA).


1. What documents will I receive?
We will send you the following documents:
  • Bill of Lading
  • Invoice
  • De-Registration / Export Certificate (Japanese & English).
  • Mandatory Road worthiness Inspection Certificate (If required).
2. When do I receive all my documents for my car?
Once we confirm receiving 100% payment in our company bank account, we will send you the original documents immediately.
3. How can i track my documents?
We will provide you document tracking number to check the status of your documents yourself.
